Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Cybele, we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be times when a return or exchange is necessary. Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:
Cash on Delivery (COD):
A COD fee of INR 120 applies to all COD orders.
Returns and Refunds for Sale Items:
Items purchased during a sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged item, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Exceptional Return Cases:
In certain exceptional situations, returns may be approved, but the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Inspection and Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the refund approval status. If approved, a standard return shipping fee of INR 200 will be subtracted from the total order amount.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Delayed Refunds:
If 15 or more business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at care@cybele.store for assistance.
